Opening the GL Interface Master File

1. Select FILE | GL INTERFACE.

Micronet displays the General Ledger Interface Selection screen.

2. Select an existing GL interface record.

If you have more than one screen of GL interface records, you can use a partial key search. For more information, refer to "Using Partial Key Searches".

3. Optionally, select to sort the list of GL interface records using the options under the SORT menu.

You can sort GL interface records by ID or description.

4. Alternatively, escape the General Ledger Interface Selection screen and enter the ID of an existing GL interface record.

Micronet displays the Change GL Interface screen in Update Mode, with the details of the GL interface record you selected.
